Daddy, I Finally Found My Way Home
Eight-year-old Laila is locked outside in a blizzard by her abusive adoptive parents. There, she discovers a missing-child poster featuring the same red butterfly birthmark as her own. Using an old phone card, she reaches Vance, her biological father, who has searched for her for seven years. DNA confirms her identity, and her abusers are brought to justice. Reunited with her loving parents, Laila slowly heals from years of trauma, rediscovers a sense of safety, and finally finds a home of her own.
