The Lucky Little Angel
Set in 1940s Texas during a devastating famine, Angela, a young celestial angel, is banished to the mortal world for mischief. She is taken in by Martha, a kind farmwife. Blessed with innate lucky divine power, she heals the paralyzed Jack and restores his ability to walk, turns the simple-minded son Sam into a mechanical genius, helps daughter-in-law Megan conceive twins, and even uncovers a gold mine for the family. Faced with repeated persecution by villains like Smith, Angela uses her divine powers to overcome every threat. In the end, this once cast-out little angel finds a true home and love among humans.
