Synopsis
Raine was betrayed by his girlfriend Emily in a desert plane crash and was reborn after being swallowed by a nine-tailed scorpion. Awakening abilities of touch and foresight, he took over a Cold War-era bunker and saved flight attendant Sophia and doctor Isabella. Ignoring warnings, the survivors led to the camp being slaughtered by the Scorpion King. Emily and the savage Victor attacked the bunker, only to be devoured by a swarm of scorpions. After killing the Scorpion King, the vibrations from a military rescue helicopter awakened an even bigger mother scorpion. After an intense battle, Raine destroyed the mother scorpion, extracted its bio-core to create an evolution serum, and foresaw that the world was already overrun by monsters—the real hunt was just beginning.
