Synopsis

Nora West is a low-ranked G-7 empathic hero whose power only spreads gentle emotions, with zero combat value. Neglected by the Hero Association, she serves trivial community posts while quietly soothing anxious civilians bit by bit. When a villain unleashes city-wide terror, Nora uses her empathy to dilute the overwhelming fear and calm the whole town. Her feat forces the association to revise its rigid classification system and create a new tier for emotional support heroes. Alongside fellow minor-powered friends, Nora proves true heroism does not rely on fighting. It lies in quietly listening, comforting others and giving lonely people a safe space to breathe.
