Synopsis

Emma Green, a UCLA student working at a club to repay her student loans, spends a night with Julian Lehman, heir to Lehman Media, in a misunderstanding fueled by a drug. A misdiagnosis convinces her she is pregnant, and she is expelled after being framed. Desperate to keep control of the family empire, Julian proposes a contract: she will play his pregnant fiancée for three million dollars. What starts as a deal grows into real love as the two join forces against his scheming uncle Matthew and his cousin Vanessa—and Emma uncovers the truth behind a thirty-year-old family crime and Julian's father's death. The villains are brought to justice, the grandfather confesses, and Emma wins respect through her own strength, walking from contract to true love, marriage, and a child that is finally real.
